No actually if Bill doesnt file the SEC will revoke TPAC's registration. .0001 would seem like a gift because all money will be lost.
So there is still 2 ways TPAC can go from here. And honestly Bill might as well save the rest of the money he conned out of shareholders and just call its quits.
