I vote for that too, but just don't see it happening. But, I would love to see the judges schedule the oral arguments for the days that SA said they can't make it just because they were late with filing.

On the flip side, someone else mentioned in a post that maybe there is or was a settlement in the works and they just didn't care to do this filing until now. Maybe an agreement wasn't reached and now they might have to do the oral arguments and got worried that if they didn't file something, then that lawyer was screwed.

Regardless, I hope the judges use this as just one more thing against SA and throw the book or even the entire bench at them!
