I cant imagine the court not seeing that as arrogant and disrespectful. I believe they were like 5 days late. It certainly did not look like a request by the court that they could respond whenever they felt like it. It sure looks like it was due on or before 6/19/2018. How stupid can these guys be....lol....Sounds like he clerked for that judge in CDCA too long and picked up some bad habits. They just dig the hole deeper...
