Appellate judges only hear cases during the first week of the month with the exception being July because of the holiday. To imply they don't have enough time to review cases is absurd, with all the clerks working for them.

Also they don't retry cases, only look for mistakes that have been made. A big one was made by the presiding judge that landed us here. GO SFOR!!!!
