Don't get me wrong...but the new FASB guidelines that companies have to use derivative exposure to offset income...is huge. Why? It's going to be a treasure trow for bigger fish acquiring small fish, especially the good OTC companies. Remember, derivative liabilities can be "easily" adjusted. $RNVA
