I hope you are right, but have the judges even had time to look at all the information that has been submitted by both sets of lawyers? It hasn't even been a full month since they filed the appendix or the reply brief. Do these judges really have that much time on their hands? I'm sure their plates are full and they probably won't even tough all that paperwork until they are good and ready to go through it and make a decision.
