got a very reassuring e mail from waldrop just now and this is a key comment from him
waldrop; Finally retiring all of the “floorless” convertible debt was a major milestone. I know it has been a major concern to shareholders.
As mentioned we can continue raising capital as needed to grow the company with equity and more traditional fixed convertible debentures.
