So you are putting all the blame on the steady decline of the share price on dilution caused by the company selling shares to Aspire. Naked shorting is not a factor and in your opinion has not hurt the company or its investors. In fact, the less said about it the better, lets blame it all on Aspire. The Mako attack, subsequent class action and bashing of the company is not coordinated and is just being done for fun. Do me a favor and ask Karin to forward you a copy of that email from the Ombudsman. Did he state that 32% might be higher or lower or just lower?
If it helps you, be assured I am doing nothing that hurts the company in fact the opposite is true as I have emailed Leo lots of information on naked shorting. I have never traded the stock either but have made several purchases of shares and I have never sold any. If posting information about those attacking the company is scaring some investors away that is too bad but probably a good thing.
You have repeatedly posted about the accomplishments made with the science and I think that is great. Some of your posts have no doubt helped traders make money as have those shorting the stock, but those that bought and still hold?
CTIX/IPIX has been the victim of abusive naked shorting which is criminal. Those investing need to understand the company is under attack by short sellers and to deny that is ludicrous. I don't know if you trade the stock but I don't so I don't give a damn whether my factual post pleases the trading gangs or not. I want the company to succeed and the criminals attacking the company to be exposed and prosecuted. Nuff said!
