We took a look yesterday at the Salaries posted on the fins ($130k for 2012) and then at what? 5 or 6 executives? Do the math and you can see some or all are working at this part time, some may be working for nothing?

Champ found out that Jafri has had, still has? numerous other jobs at other companies. A LOT of them. (Also, huge credentials) So, question is: What will it take to get these guys 100% and give them a complete package? Will that package include stock ownership? Where is that going to come from?

Mr. Wood mentioned needing capital to fund ongoing and future projects, but looks like there also needs some consistent revenue to make this a "full time business with full time staff".
