Summary: Approval of the Reg A + for capital injection plus key partners now full time equals much faster progress on all fronts and truly the next phase for the company. New structures with shareholder consensus approval as promised, has been discussed and will be key to removing dilutable debt and bring the company to greater credibility and attract better financing and markets.
