My speculation about no phone expenses:
I will speculate this. Scenario: All research and development for the phones were done BEFORE the reverse merger and the company going public. All the phones were contracted, built, and paid for before going public. Stealth Mode. Wouldn't that be sneaky like a tuna fish!
