The company has a bunch of warrants, preferred stocks, all sorts of things that convert to common stock. Some of the holders will break even at 5¢. That’s why the price “magically” stays there. They are a bunch of opportunistic penny stock flippers and not long term investors, so they don’t care to wait for catalysts to resolve... they just dump on every positive event back down to 5¢.
