They hired a company to tell them how to uplist. There are a number of ways to get there. Step one could be to stop telling everyone what you are doing.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens as there could be a number of directions this goes. For example, they could IPO off the nTV sub. All it would take is one or two major deals announced there to draw a lot of interest in the offering.
