If you read the docket entry, it say the counsel should advise the clerk. So, I just don't understand why a few people now keep bringing this up. They apparently don't care to show up to oral arguments or they didn't have any conflicts with that schedule. Seems quite simple to me.
Pursuant to Practice Note 34, counsel should advise the clerk of court of scheduling conflicts for the next three court weeks, or thereafter. When filing the notice of conflicts, counsel should docket the Notice Regarding Conflicts with Argument Dates event, which is found in the Calendar event category.
