I’m guessing that since there has not been any additional legal action there must be negotiations going on. I don’t think we will know anything until it’s finalized.
I have written this before, 4 earlier times, until either J&J or Platinum announce the terms of the buyout by publishing the Definitive Agreement, there is nothing for DECN to do. You cannot sue thin air. Got it? There may be negotiations and there may not be negotiations between DECN and J&J, but in terms of further litigation, the complaining party needs to know exactly what to sue over.
How do inpatient people get through life? If you cannot take it, sell your shares.
