Neither you nor I know the reality unless of course you’re an insider that I don’t know about. as far as I know, and anyone not an insider knows, they are working on a deal and they are working to get current with the SEC. If they do that everything before this does not matter. this what you signed up for if you’re still in. if the company does well the stock does extremely well and you make many many multiples on your money that you won’t normally find in a regular stock if they do poorly it will go to zero. why are you shocked that a company on the pinks occasionally runs low on funds? you should not be in this investment if you do not understand the risks.
