That, I think is true also because Mark said before that they do not want to harm these companies. Licensing as part of a settlement would allow for a seamless transition of service which could even remain with Gemalto and then just have them share the revenue with Strikeforce. This, I believe would be the case with any of the infringers in this type of scenario. You want the customer to be happy in the end and to not lose service because outside of a contract, the customer can choose where they want to be not the other way around.
