Not likely to fill under new OTC rules limited trading of existing convertible debt to average daily volume of last 20 days - and no new debt allowed to be issued on stocks under .01.
Expect this large new interest to hit the ask at .0002 in due course which is already down from peak of 899M as more have scaled in by stealth over the last 2 months.
Obvious that someone knows something - CBD co-packer up & running, more grow house orders, more CBD products coming out or 2018 Q2 provisional results.
