This is not a scam. Gross profits prove it's legit. It's just poorly managed and run by a founder whose ego is going to lead to his downfall.....and ours.

Joey, sell a large portion of your shares and cut your salary if you want this to succeed. Use the salary cost savings to bring someone on who is fully dedicated and capable of turning this around. There is no other way, we don't trust you and won't support you. I know it's not pleasant to hear this, but it's the medicine you need to swallow. Failure is not admitting when you are in over your head and running the company that all of your friends and family are invested in into the ground. Leadership is knowing when to step aside and doing what is best for the organization (and in this case, you). It will sting for awhile, but once it's turned around, we will all sing your praises as the visionary who made us all rich.
