Reg A timeline
PR came out 5-10-2018
The estimated timeline as I understood it was 45-90 days to be finalized and in place.
The 45-90 day key dates are 6-24-2018 and 8-8-2018.
So we have a possibility of the Reg A being finalized any day starting next week.
Hopefully, shareholders will benefit from all the hard work Mick and the WRFX team did prior to submitting the Reg A offering to ensure a quick turn-around and the Reg A will be approved as close to the 45th day as possible.
