Thanks for the insight. I've always thought KB would take a "lesser amount" than sued for. That's really no great surprise if that happens, IMO. If the lesser amount is zero or close to zero, that would be more surprising due to what J&J put KB and DECN through, and what negative impact J&J had on shareholder values. Surprising or not, profitability for DECN, and delivering shareholder value in 2018 and 2019 is paramount.
