I completely agree.
Twice a month for the past year I've been hitting the ask. Then I bid sit for a week.
Rise lather repeat.
When news drop news of a contract.. BOOM
IMO, this will easily go past a dollar quick and quite possibly exceed everyone's expectations.
It's a patience play and I am fine with that
