What Happens now?
If the registration has been revoked, basically we are sunk. I saw the message on their website about re-filing and starting over but do they think the same people are dumb enough to reinvest or are they going to work out a deal for current shareholders to "exchange" what they are currently holding for whatever they come up with (don't know if that is even legal or doable)?
I for one will not spend another penny on this company and I am wondering if they do start fresh, are we as current shareholders eligible to file a class action suit because they took what we gave over the years and spun off with out us?
