So, here's a matter I'd like to have a serious discussion on:

So, it appears to me that roughly 1 bil shares were added (unless I am mistaken). My initial thought is: well, it's probably not that big of a deal, seeing how they are probably using shares to make business deals with...companies that are starting out with little capital will do this (obviously)
BUT, my question for those with more knowledge in the game, is; Where does UTOP go from here? What are the concerns with a 6 bil AS, and how do you foresee them "fixing" this in the future.
Does anyone have concerns with this....were you expecting it....or do you think it was necessary evil to keep the company moving along?
Personally, I'd like to see some kind of explanation from the company...which I think may be coming shortly...
