Nope - I specifically meant Alpine Clearing which was the largest clearing company for OTC penny stocks.
Most all clearing firms such as Wilson-Davis and COR stopped clearing sub penny stocks the second week of April which cut trading volumes by 2/3 for many OTC stocks.
Toxic note lenders could no longer clear their newly discounted flipper shares as if 14 April 2018. This is why the volume dropped.
In summary, don’t be fooled into thinking the toxic lenders are done selling. They could not clear their stock on the open market. In some cases, they are starting to be able to clear shares again so keep your eyes open.
