years of decreasing PTOI volume indicates no new eyes .. and embeds in place *there* (most since the PRO side handed off to the CON side in 2009/2010) run off any *interest* ..
do you *see* anyone here *extolling* anyone to buy?
of course you don't .. what remains are many original and early investors
willing to wait out the outcome .. again P2O has numerous options re: their *outcome*
at some point it will be telegraphed
