I think the PPS has been under tremendous pressure because SB is pursuing to implement 5th & 6th leg. MM is betting against that saying how is going to get $ to implement these expansions without issuing more shares. To be honest they are correct. SB has not said how is to implement these legs financially. This is a black cloud over PPS.
