SB is reducing O/S 1.4B in July as a statement of CONFIDENCE
,with FINRA or not, KNOWING he has MAJOR DEALS in the works
as alluded to in last SHL on several fronts including INSURANCE,
PRIVATE label and FOREIGN deals.

Once the ball is rolling on above deals then we'll see HEXA
legs get going including MJ+DENTAL+6th Leg.

IMO ONCI/HEXA is setting up for run this summer just
like last year when it went to .019+ in AUG-SEPT.
