No matter how one looks at this new Quarterly, it proves:
1.The Company wasn't selling shares. In other words, no dilution due to the Company selling shares.
2. The Series-B total stayed approximately the same which means No Conversions.
3. We had NO increase in the float.
4. We only had an increase of Restricted shares which are not "free trading" for 1 year.
This is not good news to the SHORTS! This is a SHORTS nightmare! No doubt, this is a solid Quarterly for shareholders heading into the next Quarter which starts in less than two weeks when the phones will be available for retail!
