Concerns are valid. It’s tough playing in these muddy waters. Once again though to much emphasis placed on these Qs down in the OTC. In the pinks they have minimal reporting requirements. This document is filled with the must have information, certainly not all of the information. Just enough to keep from yield signs being put up.
Phones are still the main attraction and certainly didn’t go anywhere. You don’t tout yourself a phone company and completely abandon the phones after six months.
As far as the info related to phones not on the Q. Go to Quora and ask a question about wholly owned subsidiaries and accounting requirements. I’m neither a lawyer or an accountant so I’m no expert but as separate companies (Utopya innovations and Andiamo), even with one being a parent company of the other, I’m not sure what is required for a Q report. I do know that each of the separate companies is separate in the accounting world but if Utopya is the owner of the phones but ANDI is the public company do they necessarily have to link ALL of their financial information in with the parent company? I’m not sure.
Anyways, phones are real. I’m still suprised and a bit upset we haven’t had marketing or been shown second or third phones yet but hopefully in due time.
