Not sure it's even just because of or since Dodd/Frank's partial repeal pangaeatech... I believe when it comes to economics and finance, it's a cyclical matter in the U.S. and actually around the world since we lead the financial markets. Used to be every decade and we're due for correction or reversal now... not as predictable as in the past.
