Zadie, I hope you saw my post yesterday about that 44M sh and what I think was an intentional tactic on Mr. Berman's part.
In any case, what I just posted here applies to even just this first arm (apps) ... to grow, he needs CASH (king) and there are some good banks and other outfits (Northwind Financial out of Michigan is one I've come across before) that he might apply to for bridge type loans... major loans like $20-30M.
I'm in another OTC penny that's doing it the right way in terms of getting major loans and not to promote it but for reference I'll point you to PGUS... don't think I've come across exactly what bank the CEO's involved with ("one large lender" ) but knowing Mr. Telander a little bit, I'm sure he's working it out with the best possible entity he can.
