Mr. Lorrey filed an SEC document 3 months before the PrimeStar Bitumen, Inc PR that stated Mr. Lorrey was now part of TVOG. It was for his company Octaneum. The first donation was worth 500K USD. Mr. Lorrey is an asset. as well as Mr. Dvereaux.
While the Phase 1 Bitumen tanker people are not yet willing to give their names out, the Phase 2 Blockchain people are making it public.
