There is a tremendous amount of information contained in that R&G brief. I hope the three judges have taken the Evelyn Wood speed reading course! I also hope their clerks are on top of their game, having already provided them all the prior cases R&G cited that have bearing on ours. The judges have their work cut out for them for sure.
