Everyone seems to assume the COMPANY will be bought out as an entity, but don't you think it's possible that CTIX will LICENSE Kevetrin or Prurisol, getting a slug of cash up front and a royalty agreement, in return for handing over development rights to big pharma? This would enable them to get a similar agreement for the other drug, while Dr. Menon can continue developing the other stuff in the pipeline. I would think you would get more by selling each product separately, rather than the entire company. Seems to me that a scientist who is developing these things wouldn't want to just sign off on everything at once, and not get to keep overseeing the work on the other drugs.

Of course I suppose he could also sign a deal with a big pharma that kept him in charge of development of the rest of the pipeline.
