Ave new car sales per month for a dealership is 100 - a good one sells about 120. AutoNation sold around 116/p/m per dealership
Figure between 10 and 20% on the after sale on the software - it could do higher but initially it is low.
So 10-20 units a month per dealership - 1000 dealerships and you have about 10-20K units a month - steady state - not during roll out period which is at least a quarter or two.
