If the $TMPS Tristar fleet is based at Newport News, it will be conveniently located to provide air-to-air refueling and palletised cargo / passenger transport services to 18 x squadrons within the 4 x Carrier Air Wings based at the huge USN Master Jet Base at NAS Oceana, VA which is just 45 miles away.
