I just talked with Denise Chaisson from nFusz today. Have you tried contacting her? I know Maui is trying to help right now with some of the things you are asking. However, Denise is a very nice person to talk with as they all are. I'm sure she can clear things up with you by today if you reach out to her. I know she is very willing to help anyone with anything they have questions about as well as clear anything up.
