I never heard that notifiADS was released.
I have a "few" questions for you.
1. What was her issue with V1?
2. Did she create a video with V2?
3. Did she cancel V1 and had to re- sign up for V2, or did everything populate and transfer easily?
4. I don't know how Facebook ads work, so it is a Video that is loaded into Facebook and attached to Facebook proprietary tech? Or can it be any video from YouTube or from you phone?
5. Has she tried importing her video and making it interactive?
6. Does she have a Facebook business account? And on that account can you upload any video?
If that's this case, can she not upload an interactive video onto Facebook?
Sorry for so many questions, but I think that would help a lot of people understand how advertising works on FB and what the possible issue could be.
