I dont think the corporate action of acquiring WeWi should have an issue with FINRA getting things approved. RSII had a corporate action well within the 60 days of their change and still happened no problem. Granted, it sounds like it still took 5-6 months to get it done. Hoping WeWi didnt slow the process down at least!
