Meanwhile our wives, families, friends, and associates who were convinced into buying TECO are all wondering what the hell is going on with the numerous and I mean "numerous" delays.  Looking for specifics if you could list the reasons for delays on each catalyst.  That would give insight to the risk involved and whether buying "more shares" now is really a good idea for all these good people out there who are currently very much in the red. I personally thing that chasing the PPS is a better way to go giving TECO's history.  The credibility is shot until.............
