I have to agree with blade....if Steve went to the Banks to get this money, there would be interest and fee's so the cost of just receiving the loan would be More Money.....and Steve is trying to keep the costs down. It's not like using the ATM whenever you want to....you use it and you lose it....1.4 billion shares gone in alittle over two weeks...….the bill's have to be paid...and with Bigger Contracts come Bigger Expenses.
