Letter on companys site say refinery MMEX has adding desalter, steal more, and perr deim is more. Making monies go higher by from 49$M to 69$M. Why is so much? What is desalt-er? Having 20$M is much more monies. Makes longer to have finances? Why is so much more monies? Has not been company knowing this? Any one knows if company can gets more monies for this?
