An edit/addition to the rules :
All numbers are the print at the close of the day. (no after market).
We need some separation between numbers (calls).
So let's separate by 3 points when below a dollar;
11 cents above $1.00, 21 cents above $5.00; 51 cents/$10.00
That might work. We will see after the 1st time around.
For BitCoin at this time the separation in calls should be $100.00
The odd numbers are for when there is a close-tie to break.
In the case of a near miss a call within 5% can claim a win.
Other wise we start all over the next time - no winner.
