So here is a little story about my phone. I have a LG G6. Less than a year old. It got moisture in the USB Port. It would not accept a charge due to moisture damage according to the AT&T store and I have to have Phone Claim get involved to use my insurance. So I got a 500.00 dollar phone that I can not charge. I went home.
I thought about this for a couple of days and figured this is a scam. The moisture has to evaporate by now so it should charge. Nope. Then it hit me to reset the phone. I could not figure it out and then I went to youtube and watched a video that showed me how to access the Secret Menu! Yep a Secret Menu. You put the code in and it opens the drop down menu and you choose enable USB PORT! BOOM!!!!!! Charging. No Insurance Company, no deductible, no new phone no bill!!!!!!!
This is the kind of stuff that makes me crazy. They were gonna charge me a ton to put in a code and hit enable. I want to blow up AT&T! LOL
