Company filings says MMEX made loan out for 120K$ in March 26 and a new one May 7 for 78K$. No information is on filing or company site for why, but other infos say MMEX has term sheet for 49M$ in March 29? Why is company making loan if they has financing? What info is right?

Seems like loans not enough for down pay on CDU.

No news is from company except delay letter. Other twitter people say funding is done but no news from company site. Is funding done? but with no news?
