The company changed auditors at the request of the CEO Richard Haderer. He felt that because MaloneBailey and associates had misrepresented another company Richard (ex securities officer) wanted more integrity in an auditor so the change was made, which includes numerous documents prior to being approved by the new auditor as a customer...
Moving forward from here the company feels it is imperative to bring investors up to date on company developments and they are going to do that at the first opportunity... at the first opportunity... did I say that already?
