Only true bashers would suggest that these people have two entirely separate manufacturing and verification processes in place so that they can sell HEMPd products without CBD on Amazon and EBay for the same price as HEMPd products with CBD sold on their own site. John Blackington and Hal Kravitz as well as the rest of the Rocky team would absolutely never try and pull a scam like that due to the damage it could do to the brand. We were already brought up to speed on how a technical "loophole" allowed them to market the same product on Amazon with Amazon not exposed to any legal repercussions. They can copy and past whatever they want.
The proof of content is documented and legal as long as there is no THC present. Anyone believing there is will need to spend some $$ for lab tests, only to be sadly disappointed when the results show the products to be THC free and fully legal.
