Based on what I read — it is unclear that OTC companies may file an 8K. This SEC instruction presents what is required, but not are optional reports.

I think as WRFX matures and starts to adopt these strategies, such as real PR not IR and uplifts to institutional investment grade — the early investors and long term holders will benefit.
I don’t get my WRFX from the flipper forums although I learn a lot about the market, not the companies. I get my company information from the OTC Market and the Companies Social Media post. This group seems to be investors, not day traders and more my style.
