So did anyone else notice on that PR it stated WeWi signed a purchase order from a foreign govt for orders of those SOL devices over a 5 year period. Remember when Cycloides mentioned something about Utopya having a 5 year plan. I wonder if that's part of what they were referring to. Big things to come!!!!
